Q. Is the lease per apartment or per bed?
A. Here at The Connection at Athens, we offer individual leases by
the bedroom, not the unit. We offer various
one, two, three, and four-bedroom floor plans that give you
everything you need to succeed at nearby University of Georgia.
Complete with washer and dryer sets, our student living provides
fully-furnished housing and the option of private bedrooms and
bathrooms.
Q. What is included within the lease?
A. We understand that moving out on your own can be expensive and
usually includes a long list of expenses and responsibilities
beyond your rent installment. To ease this financial burden, The
Connection offers the following utilities and incredible
student-friendly amenities at no additional cost:

Q. What is your pet policy?
A. Here at The Connection at Athens, we are pet-friendly! A
non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent is required. Please
note: age, breed and weight restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing
office for complete details.
Q. Is there wifi at this community?
A. Yes, there is free WiFi in every building!
Q. What is the parking situation?
A. Non-reserved parking is free, however, reserved covered parking
is $20 per month. If you have any additional questions, please
reach out to the
leasing office!
Q. Is there a place to study or work on group projects with
other students?
A. Yes, we offer 24-hour study rooms and an onsite 24-hour computer
lab, so you have a place to hit the books free of distractions!
